Aunque en realidad tunear un coche es un t\u00e9rmino muy gen\u00e9rico que ya abarca cualquier&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/que-es-una-reforma-vehiculo\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>reforma de veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/a>, desde modificar una suspensi\u00f3n a ponerle un aler\u00f3n llamativo. Lo que muchos no saben es que esas reformas de tuning necesitan homologaciones en la mayor parte de los casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criterios para las homologaciones tuning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los criterios establecidos para considerar cu\u00e1ndo una reforma debe ser homologada y cuando no es necesario, vienen recogidos en el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2010-11154\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Real Decreto DC866\/2010<\/strong><\/a>, del 2 de julio. Un RD realizado para unificar los criterios entre la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola y la europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el anexo del mismo, se incluye el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/manual-reformas-vehiculos-itv\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Manual de Reformas de Veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/a>, del que justamente os hablamos hace unos d\u00edas. Este documento define las reformas que son tipificadas como tal, adem\u00e1s de su codificaci\u00f3n y la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para su certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este manual es necesario porque hay ciertos cambios en los veh\u00edculos que requieren su homologaci\u00f3n por un \u00f3rgano competente, en este caso un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/que-es-laboratorio-homologacion-vehiculos\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>servicio t\u00e9cnico de reformas o un laboratorio de homologaciones de veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/a>, que deben emitir el correspondiente&nbsp;<strong>Informe de Conformidad<\/strong>, del que tambi\u00e9n os hablamos hace algunas semanas en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/que-es-informe-conformidad-itv\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>este post<\/strong><\/a>. Este informe es necesario para que el veh\u00edculo pueda pasar una&nbsp;<strong>Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Veh\u00edculos (ITV)<\/strong>&nbsp;y circular legalmente en todo el territorio espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios pueden realizarse sin homologaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En general, se considera reforma de veh\u00edculo cualquier modificaci\u00f3n realizada en el mismo una vez se ha matriculado. Pero existen ciertos cambios que no se consideran de importancia y no adquieren ese \u201ct\u00edtulo\u201d de reforma, porque&nbsp;<strong>no suponen una alteraci\u00f3n de las dimensiones del veh\u00edculo<\/strong>, porque se han cambiado piezas por recambios equivalentes y\/o homologados por el fabricante del veh\u00edculo dentro de la homologaci\u00f3n del tipo del mismo (vienen como opcionales en la ficha t\u00e9cnica o est\u00e1n recogidos en la ficha reducida de \u00e9ste) o porque se han instalado elementos f\u00e1cilmente desmontables sin herramientas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ejemplos claros de reformas tuning que no tienen que homologarse&nbsp;<\/strong>son la instalaci\u00f3n de equipos de m\u00fasica, cambios de neum\u00e1ticos por unos equivalentes, pintar la carrocer\u00eda o las llantas, tapizar los asientos, sustituci\u00f3n del volante por otro que var\u00ede su tama\u00f1o en menos de un 10% (si el original tiene airbag, el nuevo debe tenerlo), sustituir el silencioso del escape por uno homologado sin modificar el n\u00famero ni el lado de salidas, \u201cstrap\u201d de tela, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tampoco se consideran reformas aquellas recogidas en el c\u00f3digo 8.52. Se trata de modificaciones de&nbsp;<strong>elementos en el exterior del veh\u00edculo<\/strong>&nbsp;como deflectores de aire en las ventanillas, faldillas de rueda en veh\u00edculos M1 y embellecedores para el tubo de escape<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 reformas hay que homologar en coches tuning?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como acabamos de comentar, las homologaciones tuning son necesarias siempre que se modifique las dimensiones exteriores del veh\u00edculo, por ejemplo la instalaci\u00f3n de un aler\u00f3n, la modificaci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n (con o sin cambio de altura) o el aumento del ancho de v\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n debe la instalaci\u00f3n o modificaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>cualquier elemento que afecte a la identificaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo<\/strong>, a su unidad motriz, su transmisi\u00f3n, suspensi\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n, ejes, frenos o al alumbrado y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, requiere homologaci\u00f3n el cambio de neum\u00e1ticos o los amortiguadores por unos no equivalentes,&nbsp;<strong>modificar la centralita&nbsp;<\/strong>para aumentar la potencia del motor, instalaci\u00f3n de separadores, difusores, paragolpes (sin aristas cortantes para cumplir con la normativa de salientes exteriores y si el veh\u00edculo es de antes del 2012, si no se vuelve m\u00e1s complicado por la normativa de protecci\u00f3n de peatones), modificar el&nbsp;<strong>sistema de escape<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si no est\u00e1s seguro si las variaciones o el tuneado de tu coche requieren homologaci\u00f3n, puedes consultarnos sin compromiso.
