{"id":15,"date":"2022-05-11T11:55:20","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T11:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.certifix.es\/?p=15"},"modified":"2023-09-11T11:30:00","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T10:30:00","slug":"que-es-una-reforma-vehiculo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/que-es-una-reforma-vehiculo\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una reforma de veh\u00edculos?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pues bien, se considera&nbsp;<strong>reforma de veh\u00edculos<\/strong>&nbsp;cualquier modificaci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo despu\u00e9s de su matriculaci\u00f3n. F\u00e1cil, \u00bfverdad?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cierto que toda regla tiene sus excepciones y \u00e9stas son, de momento, el cambio de color o la sustituci\u00f3n de ciertas piezas por recambios equivalentes. Adem\u00e1s, la instalaci\u00f3n de elementos que se puedan desmontar f\u00e1cilmente y sin herramientas no se considera reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un ejemplo ilustrativo de esto \u00faltimo es el hecho de instalar un mueble en la parte trasera de un furg\u00f3n sujeto por cinchas, lo cual no se considera reforma, mientras que si dicho mueble est\u00e1 atornillado a la carrocer\u00eda s\u00ed lo ser\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reformas de veh\u00edculos seg\u00fan las Directivas y Reglamentos de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evidentemente, en base a los requisitos legales, que en este caso provienen de las&nbsp;<strong>Directivas y Reglamentos de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, hay ciertas modificaciones que est\u00e1n permitidas en un veh\u00edculo que circula por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y otras que no, bas\u00e1ndose para emitir dicho juicio en el conocido como \u00ab<strong>Manual de Reformas<\/strong>\u00ab, publicado por el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mincotur.gob.es\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;y donde se detallan las reformas contempladas y los requisitos para legalizarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entidad que \u00abcompara\u00bb la modificaci\u00f3n realizada en un veh\u00edculo con los requisitos estipulados para esa reforma y legaliza o no esta \u00faltima, es un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/certifix-acreditado-servicio-tecnico-de-reformas\/\"><strong>Servicio T\u00e9cnico de Reformas<\/strong><\/a>, emitiendo como producto de una inspecci\u00f3n positiva, un informe de conformidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Este informe es el documento que debes llevar a la ITV<\/strong>&nbsp;junto con tu veh\u00edculo modificado para que se registre en la ficha t\u00e9cnica de tu veh\u00edculo y poder circular legalmente con el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reformas m\u00e1s habituales seg\u00fan el tipo de veh\u00edculo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reformas en turismos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas de las reformas m\u00e1s t\u00edpicas en&nbsp;<strong>turismos<\/strong>&nbsp;son la&nbsp;<strong>instalaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/certifix.es\/blog\/homologar-bola-remolque\/\">ganchos de
